About the Cottage at Bear Butte Gardens

Our cottage is a newly built (in 2020) studio rental with all the conveniences to accommodate your stay on the prairie with spectacular views of both Bear Butte and the Black Hills. We offer convenient access off Highway 79, and we are just a few minute's driving distance from the northern end of the beautiful Centennial Trail and just 10 minutes from Sturgis. You can enjoy beautiful sunrises from the front porch while listening to meadowlarks sing. Enjoy breathtaking Bear Butte (Mato Paha) views and sunrises from inside The Cottage or on the front porch. You can even do some nighttime star gazing on the front porch. You can enjoy peace and solitude while accessing fresh organic vegetables and meat at The Farmstand just around the corner.
